I track website metrics. We track engagement very closely and see whether a new feature makes a difference or not.

For exemple the average number of courses completed per user per week.

Today, on average, users are completing 4.7 courses per week. That's a good number. (The peak at almost 10 is because one user took 150 courses during the week 😂)

The platform is improved by metrics, but also by users who tell us every time something bothers them.

I am happy with where we are today, and I can't wait to see where we will be in one year or several years.
